Björn Torske
Trobbel
Télé Rec. 2001
If I say Bjorn Torske, everybody thinks, yeah that guy from Scandinavia somewhere who makes house music most of the time. Yes most of the time, I was really surprised to hear that it wasn't really house, but chilled electronic music.
Most of the time he makes more pumpin' house with electronic influences but this time it's something different: Easy listening electro. With a kind of detroit-like early Stacy Pullen influence in it? For me it's one of the better works I discovered during the last months.

Also the cover rocks... a dog in the front running over a mixing table and a strange bird in a van who's trying to cath him! :)
Really funny, in the back the some dog 'Trobbel' who's chillin' with this album in his chair. The music is in harmony with the design of the cover.
All the tracks are minimalistic but still melodic and original. I have a good feeling listing to this, so stand up run to your local store and try to get a copy, maybe you'll be as surprised as I was from the feeling and the mood this record gives you.
That's it, enjoy!
