First of all THX to the people at TrusttheDJ in the Uk for sending these 2 excellent promo CD's. TrusttheDJ is synonim for high-standard mix compilations of different artist and styles. We received 2 excelent mixed compilations with a very fine selection of tracks. Which are internet-only releases. You sure can visit their site if you want to know more about them, the label, the music etc... Your reference is www.TrusttheDJ.com

PF01 Patrick Forge:
I don't need to present you Patrick Forge he is sure one of the people who's working for high standard music. When I received the CD I was like quite suprised of the nice cover and lay-out of the CD but that doesn't make the music good.. anyway when I started to listen i was realy surprised with the first track! Herbie Hancock feat. Chaka Khan : wahhhhhww.. You know Herbie is just one of the fathers of jazz and funk... Chaka.. yeah I like her voice but often I don't like the background music in her tracks.. But the combination of her beautifull voice and the excellent music of Herbie makes it a track to have... quite fine selection of Mr. Forge... The other tracks are also of high quality but I can't review them all... also track 7 Fertile Ground is one of my favorites... and Lazy Days.. is a killer track. The mixes are very clean and don't disturb the atmosfear that's created on this peace of plastic. Whatever my opinion is that it's something that you need to check  if you like that kind of jazzy-housy stuff with break-beat sound.
Cool compilation... waiting for more of soon of TrusttheDJ.
Respect.

BJ01 Doctor Bob Jones:
Second Cd I received is a nice mix CD too, from Doctor Bob Jones... I don't know him very well just read a few interviews of him in different magazines. His mixes are cool and also it's a very fine selection of down-beat, jazzy stuff and break-beat sounds.... I think this CD's gonna reach less people than the Patrick Forge, but the people who're going to like it.... really gonna like it and I'm one of them. Anyway for me a must in your collection compilations and mix CD's.
Respect.
