Dj Jef K started mixing in 1992 after he came back from a 9 month stay in London (he probably brought the Dj microbe back with him from the
UK) , he lives in Paris and played in almost all good French and European clubs where he is known to play the most
sexy, groovy and deep tracks creating his own unique sound, this sound is exactly what you can hear on the my house compilation. The my house compilation was started in 1996 on the fantastic distance label, every year since then a new volume brought joy upon all house lovers craving for quality music, Vol. 5 will be released in september 2000 ... My house Vol.01 (1996) : Yellow Sox-Flim Flam (original mix) /Nuphonic: This is one of those tracks that take you on a journey, it starts with deep spacy sounds and a sexy "love" vocal, soon joined by an incredible irresistable groove that just keeps maintaining the drive of the track . This track has so many sophisticated layers of sound, you can easily listen to it for hours without even getting bored! St Germain-Mama Said /F Com: An excellent track with jazzy sounds like the ones we're used of with St Germain, it has a nice maintaining piano riff, some excellent drum sounds and an old soulful vocal. Microbonze-La Musica Que Me Gusta /Plumphouse: This song is easy to describe, it is pure sex to the ears !! featuring a sexy spanish vocal and some nice deepish soothing grooves, with it's funky sounds this one probably is a killer on the dancefloors too! Sueno Latino-Sueno Latino /ZYX Music: Combining deep & exotic sounds and vocals this one will certainely put a smile upon your face, essential music for those late nite chillout sessions.

My house Vol.02 (1997) : Chez Damier-Close /Distance: A vocal deephouse track with a melancholic twist, the song builds up slowly from deep & spacy sounds, a soft beat to intelligent melodies and truly beautiful vocals. Alex Gopher-Super Disco /Les Disques Solid: To combine the most deep sounds with a disco groove and not making it sound cheesy takes a true master in producing and this is just what Alex Gopher proves he is with this song. Circulation-The Return /Universal Language: Incredible track by geniuses in production, Circulation ..it starts with Indian sounds and vocals then a nice drumbeat appears followed by a cool groove, a trippy piano riff and alot more beautiful deep sounds, with it's 12 minutes this one is guaranteed to take you on a beautiful long trip to outer space !

My house Vol.03 (1998) : Julius Papp-Justified Music /Yellow Productions: This track opens with deep dreamy sounds and a rocksteady beat, then the deep funky groove kicks in, mix all this with a juicy melodic sauce and, voilla ! A true pleasure to the ears . Kevin Yost & Peter Funk-Dreams Of You /i! Records: A beautiful deep flowing track with melodic highlights and a funky bassguitar solo. Blaze-Lovelee Dae /Playhouse Records: Oh yes! ...this one will make you smile, it has a pumping beat, some deep atmospheric sounds and the well known "it's a lovely day, and the sun is shining" vocal ,creating a really positive mood.

My house Vol.04 (1999) : Julien Jabre-Musilife /Basic Recordings: A nice flowing bassguitar riff is all this song needs to maintain the groove, together with deep soothing sounds and a steady beat it makes one hell of a track. Li'sha-That's Why I'm Here (Dave's Wave) /Transport Recordings: This is definitely the most funky track on this CD, it combines complex grooves with trippy vocals and squelchy sounds, if you can't dance on this ...you're a plant ! =) . Iz & Diz-What We Need (satisfaction mix) /Silver Network: An easy beat combined with some percussion, soft trippy vocal samples and squelchy deep sounds ...just sit back, relax and enjoy the flowing groove.
