The City by Day Record Shops The City by Night
Killa Cuts
Nieuwe Nieuwstraat 19d

This shop is specialized in 2Step/Speed Garage and Drum 'n Bass, but also has a very nice selection in Deep-House, Funk, etc.
Greetz & Respect to

Soul Food
Nieuwe Nieuwstraat 27c

This shop provides you with all the latest Deep-House, Drum 'n Bass, Urban Grooves and Smokey Beats in a sophisticated interior. Also has a special R&B, Hip-Hop section on the first floor.

Midtown Bassment
 Nieuwendijk 104

The stuff they sell on the ground floor is a little too mainstream for our taste, but the bassment houses an extensive collection of new and second-hand collectibales in various styles at a low price.

Bartie: I've found loads of fresh records!
Come on, have a taste, they're delicious.
Rush Hour
Spuistraat 98

A cosy little shop. Has a strong selection of Deep-House, Techno, Funk and Abstract Beatz. They get all the import-records from the US before the other shops, so this shop is definitely worth a visit.

Ez: Hey, that's a pretty girl behind me.
And she's buying records! waaaaaw! :-)

Outland
Zeedijk 22

Not as progressive in their musical taste  as a few years ago. (in fact, their current stock is quite pathetic) But if you want to enjoy some nice DaDaRa art, this the place to be!
