Maxi Singles of the month
Groove Collective : Everything is Changing : Naked Music
An incredible peace of 90s jazz-funk and deep-house fusion, essential!
The Knockheadz : d-world EP : 2020 D Vision
Excellent 4-tracker with jazzy & funky stuff. On 20:20 Vision's sublabel for blunted affairs.
Pure Filth / Ne-Grove : Should've been you : People
With a little help from an obscure 80s Funk track, People proves it is way ahead of most other future-jazz/deep-house.
Yann Fontaine Project : Volume One : Expanded Soul
Lush deep-house with mid-tempo broken-beats
Glenn Underground : Nothing But A Groove : Nite Life Collective
Traditional quality, very nice vibes.
Rockin Pony : Tibet 01 / Lullaby : Fun 001 Promo

Rebel's quest for old-skool joy in contemporary grooves
1. Sunday Brunch : honung : svek
deep tunez from sweden as featured on 'after the rain'.
2. Mr. day : curtis (instrumental edit) : Rotax
The sort of advanced lounge house we're upgrading from since standard deep house has become a mainstream gadget.
3. Snooze : your conscience goes bip : SSR
Once upon a time....a Belgian triphop genius conceived a masterfull piece of psychic drum'n bass with a superb voice-over...Some time in the future, I would discover it...
4. The knockheadz : d-world : 20:20 vision
Long time no see. It's been a while since I added a 20:20 vision record to my collection, but this one something special. A mix of deep-house, electro, funk and r 'n b, you've gotta hear it to believe it. All four tracks are a world of their own, all are cool. This is the format I like.
5. Boo Williams : blowing of the trumpet : Trackmode
Boo swings his weight over here again. SJU house jazz à la carte.
Outspan's raregroove classic
Martin Circus : disco circus : 1979
Throttle-down disco festivities featuring flutes, horns, fat bass, freaky people etc etc. Later resampled for the dance hit 'Disco's revenge' but guess what...the original's much funkier!
